Written by cpsglobalblog

CPS Global School celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm and fervour. The event served as a vibrant showcase of student talent and beautifully highlighted the significance of the Hindi language. The programme began with the school prayer, followed by the reading of news in both Hindi and English. Students then recited inspiring couplets by a renowned poet, sharing timeless wisdom through their words. They also elaborated on the importance of Hindi Diwas, explaining that it is observed on September 14th to commemorate the designation of Hindi as the official language of India. They emphasized that Hindi, as the mother tongue, holds a vital place in everyday life. The programme included a captivating skit and a colourful song on water conservation, both of which received great appreciation from the audience. Additionally, a speech on the value of one’s native language, the significance of the mother tongue, and the role of gratitude in life added depth to the celebration. The celebration of Hindi Diwas proved to be a memorable and enriching experience for all learners, instilling in them a deeper sense of pride in their language and culture.
