Our Early Years 2 children had an exciting and joyful music session today! The room was filled with curious faces, rhythmic beats, and bright smiles as our tiny musicians explored the world of sound. The session began with the children learning a fun, lively song. They sang with enthusiasm, keeping up with the rhythm and enjoying every beat. It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they sang together as a group.
The highlight of the day was the hands-on exploration of musical instruments. Each child got a chance to try out the keyboard and strum the guitar with their little fingers. Their excitement was priceless as they discovered how different sounds are created.
This experience helped them:
build early musical awareness,
develop hand–eye coordination,
boost confidence through performance, and explore creativity in a joyful environment
It was a beautiful session filled with learning, laughter, and lots of music. Our EY2 stars truly made the day special.
