“We danced like the colors of the festival!”; exclaimed one excited child as our early years’ students celebrated Dusshera joyfully and enthusiastically. Dressed in vibrant traditional attire, they swirled and twirled to the lively beats of Garba and Dandiya dances, bringing the festive spirit to life. The creativity was sustained as students also showcased their artistic talents by arranging dolls and using art and craft materials to create a miniature park and zoo, adding a unique twist to the festive display. The children also learned about the significance of Dusshera, discovering the powerful story of the triumph of good over evil. It was a day filled with cultural exploration, fun, and meaningful celebration. May the color, bliss, and beauty of this festival spread love and joy to all.
