As part of its continued emphasis on community engagement and experiential learning, CPS Global School, Anna Nagar, engaged its Senior Secondary student volunteers to support the Tritiya Sopan Test Camp 2026 of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, held on 31 October at Government Boys’ Higher Secondary School.

The outreach initiative brought our students into a vibrant gathering of 719 Scouts and Guides and 75 teachers from 36 schools of Ambattur district, offering them an opportunity to contribute to an event of considerable scale and significance.

Working alongside the event organisers and the host school, the volunteers assisted with the on-ground event coordination and photographic documentation. They also observed the conduct of the assessments, the discipline and preparedness of the participants, and the collaborative efforts involved in organising the camp. The experience enabled our students to appreciate the value of service, teamwork and responsible participation while contributing meaningfully to a community initiative beyond the school campus.

The student volunteers’ thoughtful involvement and willingness to support the event were graciously acknowledged by the organisers, adding to the value and fulfilment of this outreach experience.
