Our little learners came dressed as<strong> <\/strong>Radha and Krishna<strong>, <\/strong>beautifully bringing the charm of Brindavan to life. The celebration began with an age-appropriate introduction to Lord Krishna and the significance of Janmashtami, helping learners understand the cultural importance and traditions associated with the festival. The little Radhas and Krishnas enthusiastically participated in a lively dance session, joyfully dancing to melodious Janmashtami songs and filling the atmosphere with happiness and festive energy. The celebration was followed by engaging, age-appropriate class activities. EY1 learners participated in Matka Magic in Brindavan<em>, <\/em>decorating matkas while developing fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, creativity and teamwork. EY2 learners enjoyed Little Krishna\u2019s Colourful Feather<em>,<\/em> colouring beautiful peacock feathers to decorate a Krishna silhouette. Through this activity, they explored creativity, strengthened their fine-motor skills and learnt about the significance of the peacock feather associated with Lord Krishna. EY3 learners participated in Krishna\u2019s Journey: Sequence, Create and Celebrate!<em>,<\/em> arranging pictures depicting important stages from Krishna\u2019s life in the correct sequence and creatively assembling Radha\u2013Krishna props. This helped develop their sequencing skills, creativity, fine-motor coordination and cultural awareness.
