Roy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from <\/span><b>IBDP Year 1, CPS Global School Thirumazhisai<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, earned the honour of representing the school among the <\/span><b>top 10 young speakers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the final TEDx event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weeks of mentorship, preparation, and rehearsals culminated in both students delivering impactful speeches that left a lasting impression on the audience.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Rexiline Celsia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, through her soulful and introspective narrative, explored themes of <\/span><b>self-perception and resilience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, inspiring everyone to embrace their authentic selves beyond social expectations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nandana R. Roy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> offered a heartfelt reflection on the <\/span><b>unseen struggles behind visible smiles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, encouraging empathy and understanding for the emotions that often go unnoticed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year\u2019s theme, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWhat the Mirror Misses,\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> urged every speaker to uncover the unseen\u2014to reveal truths that can be felt but not always seen. Each talk carried a deeply personal story, insight, or emotion that resonated well beyond the stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event, hosted in the <\/span><b>Multipurpose Hall<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, welcomed <\/span><b>100 selected students<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from CPS Group of Institutions. Proceedings began with a <\/span><b>prayer song<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by the CPS Choir Group, followed by the <\/span><b>lighting of the lamp<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by <\/span><b>Shri Balaji Dagupati, CEO &amp; Correspondent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and the <\/span><b>Heads of Schools<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A graceful <\/span><b>Bharatanatyam performance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> added a touch of cultural elegance to the opening ceremony.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each speaker brought a distinct perspective\u2014redefining success, exploring empathy, embracing change, and celebrating hope. The platform became a mirror not of appearances, but of <\/span><b>ideas that reflect who we truly are<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the event drew to a close, <\/span><b>Trustee Ms. Aishwarya Devarajan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> felicitated the speakers with <\/span><b>certificates of appreciation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and heartfelt congratulations for their eloquence and effort.
