The swan song @ CPSGS ANN

Written by cpsglobalblog

When you imagine an evening at the theatre, you probably picture an entertaining night out spent relaxing and watching a story unfold, taking you away from reality for a few hours. Adult or kid we all enjoy those escapades!

Everyone knows that children love to pretend play. But did you know that pretending can actually help with learning? Pretend creates scenes from reality infused with moderate imagination. And this is what performing arts provides children with -opportunities to experience new ways of thinking.

They present different challenges all the time and children have to come up with their own ways of overcoming these challenges. It is this thinking outside of their own situation that allows children to recognize that there are alternative options, and to be creative and resourceful with what they think and do.

Its swan song time for our little ones!
