Spread the light of joy! – ELP @ CPSGS ANN

Written by cpsglobalblog

The much-awaited Indian festival of lights, Diwali is just around the corner. Also called as Deepavali, this festival marks the celebration of togetherness, love, and sharing. Diwali is popularly known as the “Festival of Lights” because the entire country is lit up and this is proven with the images from space during the festival. But the light party is just the celebration part of it.
What is the real reason? Why do people celebrate Diwali?
There are so many accounts in mythology that vindicate the significance of the festival. Our lovely tots of ELP were all set to narrate chronicles using a variety of puppets and spread awareness about the values and morals behind each festival that we celebrate in India. It was such a fun filled day as our children were all decked up for the occasion. Yes! There’s always the rocking photo shoot of our children. They also enjoyed decorating their Diwali key chains and they were absolutely thrilled to grace the festive vibes @CPS Global School, Anna Nagar.
Happy Diwali folks !
