Show and tell has numerous benefits for young children. These early language experiences help to build effective communication and listening skills that are essential for a young child’s learning. It also encourages emotional development in a child, as they share their interests.
This month’s topic for our ELP 2 is “Parts of my body”. The best way to spark a child’s imagination is through props. Our young learners were extremely happy to showcase and use the props to explain their body parts. Their explanation about the various parts of the body was impressive and was proof to their understanding of the topic.
Our ELP 3 kids shared their knowledge on “States of matter”. The children came up with props of different types of matter that they found around them .They also gave impeccable speech on their topic. It was an exhilarating moment for the teacher to see the little learners exhibit their knowledge.
