Halloween is celebrated each year on October 31.The tradition originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. Halloween evolves in to a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving jack-o-lanterns, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating treats. But the favorite part of Halloween has always been the dress up!

It was Hogwarts at CPS Global junior block!  The school changed to platform 9 ¾ which put us on to the Hogwart express! We had little Harry’s, little Hermione‘s, and graceful little witches walking around  with their magic wands and casting a spell on everyone who came their way . We had own little spooky jack o ‘lantern flickering her light and walking around and a  ninja turtle just in case he had to rescue us from ghosts.

Children had spider biscuits, choco devil cookies and ghost fruit kebabs for snacks which they had a hand in making ! And boy, did they have an appetite for “finger food”!

There were screams, ghoulish laughs and boos echoing in the corridors.

Well, we wouldn’t say that the cute faces spooked us, but they certainly would have made J.K Rowling proud and of course we are always proud of them!
