Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
We, the CPS Global community observed the International Day of Yoga today.
Students engaged in recognizing the significance of yoga and how this helps in achieving a fresher and a healthier lifestyle. In collaboration with Ms. Dharani, our facilitator who is also a yoga practitioner, our students practiced a few simple yet impactful asanas at the start of the day. These asanas that were chosen help develop our immunity, which is the need of the hour.
We believe that with the awareness of the benefits and knowing how to perform these aasanas, our children and the facilitators will practice these on a regular basis to achieve the maximum effectiveness of the program.
The very heart of yoga is ‘Abhyasa’ – steady effort in the direction you want to go.
