Museums are repositories of antique items. In reality it is a great historical, anthropological and archeological monument which tells us about the ancient world. Students of CAIE -7 visited the Fort St. George Museum on 6th of July 2019 to impart their knowledge about the civilization of the past.
The learners saw the weapons of war like swords, shields, daggers, etc and also the dresses used by the British rulers and the army people. Students also saw the evolution of our National flag. They were thrilled to see the old coins of India which was in different shapes, sizes, designs and values.
Students saw the portraits and statues made of different mediums which helped them to gain knowledge on artistic skills and technological progress. This field trip was a treasure of great knowledge for the students.
