“THE GREATNESS OF A NATION AND IT’S MORAL PROGRESS CAN BE JUDGED BY THE WAY IT’S ANIMALS ARE TREATED”

CPS Global School, Thirumashisai took this as a project that is close to the heart, to teach our students about the importance of animals in our lives.

World Animal Welfare Day is observed on October 4th across the world every year. The friendship between humans and animals is considered to be reliable and everlasting, The mission of World Animal Day is “to raise the status of animals in order to improve welfare standards around the globe.”

World Animal Day unites the animal welfare movement, mobilising it into a global force to make the world a better place for all animals.

Children in general love animals, what with so many animal stories and rhymes that they grow up with and and our ELP learners were no different. The ELP students wore animal masks and spoke about the welfare of animals. They enjoyed their art session by drawing The king of the forest – The Lion! The session instilled in our students that it is our duty to save all the animals from extinction.
