A childhood full of happy memories makes happy adults. Love for children is best known through our first Prime Minister Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru, fondly known as Chacha Nehru. Children’s day is an ode to him as we celebrate it on 14th November, every year on his birthday.
We at CPS family take pride in our children and how we nurture them with happy memories. Childrens’ day at school was special today as we gave our little angels a red carpet welcome with the teachers eagerly waiting to see their beautiful Divas at the gate ! The children came in dressed to impress and were nothing less than angels from heaven!
The teachers planned a special day for the children and organised several events to keep them entertained. An enthralling Magic show had the kids engaged and mesmerized asking for more as Weasley the magician made a spellbinding entrance and dazzled the kids with a string of tricks! It was followed by a short story on eating habits of children and ended with them taking an oath to eat a serving of vegetables and fruits every day. The happy children danced to their favourite songs and set the dance floor ablaze with their kiddie dance moves.
The afternoon ended with a delightful pot luck lunch with a menu of the favourite food. They went home with tattoos, personalized watches and a scroll to hold as memories of this unforgettable day!
