The spirit of Diwali filled the air as our celebrations began on a wonderful note with a special assembly conducted by the enthusiastic CIE 8 students.
The assembly commenced with a soulful prayer, followed by inspiring thoughts and an engaging news segment that set a positive tone for the day. Adding rhythm and vibrance to the celebration, the choir team delivered a spectacular musical performance, accompanied by musical instruments. Their melodious presentation created an electrifying atmosphere and left the audience completely mesmerised.
The celebrations continued with energetic dance performances that brought the festive spirit alive. Our talented CIE 8 students truly stole the show with their enthusiasm, confidence and captivating moves, filling the atmosphere with joy and excitement.
Adding meaning to the festivities, the students shared valuable insights on celebrating a Green Diwali. They highlighted the importance of making responsible choices, avoiding harmful practices and celebrating the festival in an eco-friendly manner.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the celebration.
