Mathematics came alive as our students took on the prestigious University of Waterloo Mathematics Contests, competing against talented young mathematicians and putting their problem-solving skills to the test.
And what a result!
Leading the way was Paul Jaik Theckumparampil, who achieved an impressive Distinction in three contests — Hypatia, Euclid, and Fermat. A remarkable feat that speaks volumes about his dedication, mathematical thinking, and determination to go beyond the ordinary.
Joining the celebration, Diya Rajan earned a Distinction in the Galois Contest, showcasing sharp reasoning and a strong mathematical spirit. Adding another proud moment, Pavithran Jayakumar secured a Distinction in the Cayley Contest, demonstrating confidence, persistence, and a flair for tackling challenging problems.
These are more than just impressive results. They are stories of curiosity, perseverance, and the joy of solving problems one step at a time. Congratulations, Paul, Diya, and Pavithran! Your achievements remind us that when curiosity meets commitment, numbers can lead to extraordinary places.
