ZOOM TO THE MOON @CPS Global School, Thirumazhisai

Written by cpsglobalblog

Our Early Years champs celebrated World UFO Day with an exciting space-themed event, “Zoom to the Moon!” at CPS GLOBAL SCHOOL, THIRUMAZHISAI. The day was filled with exploration, creativity, and joyful learning, inspiring our young explorers to imagine the wonders of outer space.

Our enthusiastic EY1 learners had a fantastic time assembling colourful UFOs and friendly aliens, strengthening their fine motor skills while bringing their imaginative ideas to life. The excitement continued as our EY2 learners embarked on an exciting space-themed art adventure by creating adorable handprint aliens and EY3 learners creatively designed and coloured vibrant alien masks, proudly showcasing their artistic talents.

The highlights of the celebration were the lively alien photo booth, where children happily posed in their goggles and headgear, capturing delightful memories with their friends. Their smiling faces reflected the excitement and wonder of the day.

As part of the celebration, teachers introduced children to the significance of World UFO Day, sharing age-appropriate facts about unidentified flying objects, space exploration, and the importance of being curious about the universe around us. These engaging conversations encouraged questioning, imagination, and discovery.

The “Zoom to the Moon” celebration beautifully concluded with a charming alien in a spaceship takeaway craft, giving them a special keepsake to remember the day’s exciting journey.

The “Zoom to the Moon” celebration beautifully combined creativity, hands-on learning, and imaginative play, creating meaningful experiences that nurtured curiosity and inspired a lifelong love for exploration. It was truly a memorable day where our little learners reached for the stars and discovered that every great adventure begins with imagination.
