The Lower Secondary segment proudly organised Power Patois 2026, the first Inter-House Competition of the academic year, to promote language proficiency, critical thinking, teamwork, and confidence among students. Participants from the four houses—Alphard, Canopus, Diadem, and Plasma—enthusiastically competed in a series of engaging rounds that tested their vocabulary, comprehension, literary knowledge, and word-building skills. Throughout the event, students demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm, effective communication, quick thinking, and exemplary sportsmanship, making the competition both exciting and enriching. The judges commended the participants for their confidence, impressive language skills, and thoughtful responses, while encouraging them to continue nurturing their love for the English language. Power Patois 2026 proved to be a wonderful blend of learning and healthy competition, reinforcing that language learning can be both meaningful and enjoyable while setting an inspiring tone for the year’s Inter-House events.
