Young Scientists in Action: Exploring the Science of Photosynthesis @ CPS Global School, Anna Nagar

Written by cpsglobalblog

Learning came alive for our CIE 8 students as they stepped into the biology laboratory to investigate the fascinating process of photosynthesis. Working collaboratively in research teams, they set up and calibrated experimental apparatus to observe and measure oxygen released by the Foxtail plant during photosynthesis. This hands-on investigation allowed students to connect classroom concepts with real-world scientific inquiry while strengthening their observation, analytical, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. The experience sparked curiosity, encouraged evidence-based learning, and inspired our young scientists to explore biology through authentic experimentation.
