On 22 June 2026, our school celebrated International Yoga Day with enthusiasm and mindfulness. Learners of CIE 3, 4, and 5 participated in various standing and sitting asanas, including Tadasana, Trikonasana, Balasana, and Gomukhasana, promoting flexibility, balance, and well-being. They also practised pranayama techniques such as Bhramari and Nadi Shuddhi. The session concluded with AAUUMM chanting, fostering peace, focus, and inner harmony among all participants.
