The Synergy activity for March 2026, centred around the IAYP Drive, was carried out with great enthusiasm and participation across the senior segment. The initiative was designed to introduce the International Award for Young People (IAYP) programme to its new joinees of IGYR 1, while encouraging existing participants of Senior Secondary to actively pursue progression across levels, thereby fostering personal development and a sustained spirit of service.
A key highlight of the drive was the exceptional contribution of CPGS – IAYP leaders Ms Natania Riya and Ms Adithi Guru of AS 1 and the class-elected student leaders whose dedication and sense of responsibility played a pivotal role in its success. The IAYP leaders, along with Team Synergy, conducted an orientation session for their juniors, ensuring a clear understanding of the programme and its requirements. From initiating awareness within their respective classes to guiding peers through the registration process, the class leaders demonstrated commendable ownership and initiative.
In recognition of exemplary participation and initiative, IGYR 1A emerged as the leading class for the month and eventually its elected leader Miss Akshitha Sivaram was presented with the Synergy Rolling Trophy by the Head of School. This achievement stands as a testament to their enthusiasm, teamwork, and proactive involvement.
The success of the IAYP Drive under the Synergy initiative highlights the school’s continued focus on nurturing well-rounded individuals. It also underscores the importance of student leadership in driving meaningful initiatives, setting a strong example of collaboration, accountability, and positive influence within the school.
