The Annual Sports Meet 2025–26 of CPS Global School was a vibrant showcase of energy, discipline, and teamwork. Held on January 23rd, the event brought together the Anna Nagar and Thirumazhisai campuses in a powerful display of unity and sporting spirit. The ceremony began with a grand march past by the four houses: Alphard, Canopus, Diadem, and Plasma followed by the lighting of the Olympic torch by national and state-level achievers, symbolising perseverance and excellence
This year’s celebration beautifully reflected the themes “One World, One Dream – Sustainable Development” and “Rhythm of Strength and Grace.” The Anna Nagar campus brought the sustainability message alive through synchronised formations, symbolic drills, and a stunning human pyramid that highlighted collective responsibility. The Thirumazhisai campus impressed the audience with its dynamic sports displays, powerful Yoga formations demonstrating balance and focus, an electrifying Taekwondo performance showcasing agility and courage, a colourful Maypole drill symbolising unity, and a rhythmic Basketball dribbling routine reflecting precision and teamwork.
Exciting track events, including relays, hurdles, javelin, archery, and skill races, added competitive thrill to the day. The meet concluded with pride and gratitude as the National Flag was respectfully retreated and the National Anthem echoed across the ground. Beyond medals and trophies, the day celebrated character, resilience, and the shared vision of building a stronger future together.
