Finding Rhythm in Substitution: Lower Secondary students at CPS Global School Embrace Aerobics and Zumba @ CPS Global School, Anna Nagar

Written by cpsglobalblog

At CPS Global School, students are discovering a new rhythm—quite literally—during their substitution periods. This year the focus being on fitness, we invested this time in an exciting opportunity for learners to engage in fun, energetic fitness routines through Aerobics and Zumba.

Instead of staying sedentary or confined to their desks, students are dancing their way to better health. With vibrant music and guided moves, these sessions are not only keeping them physically active but also lifting their spirits. Zumba’s high-energy beats combined with the structured cardio of aerobics offered the perfect mix of movement, coordination, and fun.

Our learners now eagerly look forward to substitution periods as a chance to recharge, relieve stress, and bond with their peers all while improving their fitness.

CPS Global School continues to champion holistic development, and this initiative beautifully reflects the commitment to nurturing both the body and mind of every learner.
