The world through my eyes
Observation is a very important part of science.
It is the act of being mindful of yourself in the surrounding you are in. A complete observer is the one who totally immerses into his/her environment and records each and every experience in their memory unconsciously.
An activity to recall such observations was touched upon to experience by ELP 3A children.
The teachers came up with suggestions of different public place of interest and children were asked to choose and speak on any one of the aforementioned. They could talk about a day at the mall, a fun journey by train or their experiences at the airport and many such more.
The children delved into their memory and came up with shrewd observations they had of that experience. From details like cloak rooms at railway stations, to the gate numbers at airports the children displayed how much they take in from around them and be effortlessly “Eagle –eyed”.
It was interesting to experience the world through the eyes of a child.
