Numbers are highly intertwined in our life and it appears in almost all areas. If we are aware of this and make full use of this knowledge the results we reap are found in consistent patterns and the objective world is decoded.
So, learning numbers needs to be done in a fun way especially for a 3-year-old. It was number time in ELP 1, where numbers learnt so far were recapitulated through a puzzle and fun game.
